The current security challenges the country is facing has been attributed to the economic depression the nation  is facing. Human Rights Agenda Network (HRAN) commends the executive, legislature and entire People of State of Osun for their giant stride in the justice sector, by passing into Law, the Protection Against Domestic Violence Law of 2013. HRAN notes that the importance and values of this Law can never be over-emphasized, and so urges the government and people of the State to ensure effective applicability of the Law in the State. The Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP) has been described as a means of creating a peaceful coexistence among Nigerians as well as boosting the economy if handled with commitment. This was the view of the Governor of the state of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola at the opening of a 3-day Workshop on 'Message Development, Review, Testing and Harmonization on RAMP Communications' for all the six States involved in the project.
