FBI: Clinton's New Emails Prompt Further Investigation

The FBI on Friday informed Congress it has reopened its review of White House frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server when she was secretary of state and to know whether there is classified information in new emails that have emerged in its prob.

The FBI had said in July its investigation was finished but reopened the investigation after discovering new mails “that appear to be pertinent.”

The disclosure raises the possibility of the FBI reopening the criminal investigation involving the Democratic presidential nominee just days before the election, although it is not clear if that will happen.

FBI director James Comey,  in a letter sent to congressional leaders said his agency would take appropriate investigative steps to decide whether a new batch of mails contained classified information as well as to assess their importance to the investigation.

Donald Trump, the GOP presidential nominee in the coming US election immediately jumped on the news, praising the FBI for reviewing its decision to close the inquiry and arguing that the Democrat’s use of a private email server while in office should disqualify her from the presidency.

While reaction to the new development, the House Speaker Paul Ryan said Clinton has "nobody but herself to blame."

"Clinton betrayed our trust, after been entrusted with some of our nation's most important secrets, through carelessly mishandling highly classified information," The House Speaker, said in a statement.

"This decision, long overdue, is the result of her reckless use of a private email server, and her refusal to be forthcoming with federal investigators. I renew my call for the Director of National Intelligence to suspend all classified briefings for Secretary Clinton until this matter is fully resolved."

The Questions Of Insecurity In Nigeria

Insecurity in Nigeria has posed a national questions in which up till this moment no formidable answer has been provided. If Britain had failed to proffer solution to insecurity challenges in the country before independence and Nigeria rulers failed to do this after almost 53 years of independence (1960-2013), something is definitely wrong with the approach so far.
