COURT JAILED MAN OVER BURGLARY





A 28 years old man, Innocent Godwin Ofiagba has been sentenced to one year imprisonment by an Osogbo Magistrate court in Osun for burglary without an option of fine.

 The magistrate, Mrs Olubukola Olowolagba, declared that the convict should remain behind bars dues to his magnitude of the offense committed.

 Ajayi, made it know to the court that the accused man committed the offense on Oct. 9, at about 5:00pm at Prime college behind united bank of Africa.


The prosecutor, Sgt. Sunday Ajayi, stated that Ofiagba broke into the premises of Prime college with a mind to steal some electronic equipments before he was apprehended by the night guard and brought to court.

 He also said the offense committed transgressed section 414 of the criminal code cap 34 vol. 11 laws of Osun, 2013.

 The convict pleaded guilty to a count charge of break-into against him.

SeyiNaija learnt that the convict did not have any legal representative at the time his case was mentioned.

FBI: Clinton's New Emails Prompt Further Investigation

The FBI on Friday informed Congress it has reopened its review of White House frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server when she was secretary of state and to know whether there is classified information in new emails that have emerged in its prob. The FBI had said in July its investigation was finished but reopened the investigation after discovering new mails “that appear to be pertinent.” The disclosure raises the possibility of the FBI reopening the criminal investigation involving the Democratic presidential nominee just days before the election, although it is not clear if that will happen.
