You want to know why you didn't get the job you applied for, after all you are perfect for the job and seemed to confused that your interviewer really enjoyed for answer during the interview, and you finally found out that the job is given to another person, now asking yourself why.? Below are the common reasons why you didn't get hired.

You think that you were qualified but not as you thought:
Sometime a lot of job seeker assess their performance in an interview in a poor way and it is purely because most job seeker don't understand what the employer is looking for and in some cases over estimated their own performance and skills.

Someone are more qualified than you do:
Truly, you might qualified during your interview but in job marketer, employer mostly get excited with the most qualified candidate, which means you weren't the only candidate that was rejected, a lot of qualified candidates were also rejected just like you.

you might have been great for someone to hire if the other candidate didn't happen to be better or fit for the job, it is very important to note that getting a job is about being the best candidate and not only by being great on your own, Meanwhile, you can't know from the outside whether you are the best or not.

You aren't eager toward the job:
during your interview, the interviewer or employer want to see that you're eager for the job which you are seeking for. If you're not really seemed interested or eager about the job, you have already trowed it out to another person another job seeker who really seemed enthusiastic about the job.

placing priority on what the job will offer you:
Evert company generally are looking for someone whose primary focus is doing the work well. Therefore, if you only think about what the company will offer you or the benefits you will derive from the job rather than the details of the work, you can consider yourself and your appointment letter under probability.

Not able to confuse yourself on why you'd excel at the job:
If you're not able to confuse yourself , make a strong compelling case for why you'd be great and excel at the job, the interviewer may not like to put one together on her own. In most cases interviewer want you to lay out skills that equip you to tackle the job as well as track records of doing well at work that use these skills.

 Clash of working style:
you may not get hire despite the fact that you have all the qualifications that the employer is looking for, but because your style of working would clash with the people with whom you'd be working with. it's important to note that; job is not only about whether you have all the qualifications or the skills to do the job; it's about able to fit for the particular position, in a particular culture, with a particular boss and the particular company.

You were annoying:
Pushing for an offer before the employer is ready, constantly checking in for updates or calling with detailed question about benefits before you even have an offer, all these make a hiring manager think that you will be a pain to work with.

Turning off the hiring manager in interview :
If you blow the interview, your being qualified on paper won't matter anymore. and it could take different forms: for instance, by seemed rude, or arrogant, or you rarely make eye contact or you didn't answer question clearly or seemed unprepared for the conversation all these do contribute in negative ways.

Insecurity in Nigeria has posed a national questions in which up till this moment no formidable answer has been provided. If Britain had failed to proffer solution to insecurity challenges in the country before independence and Nigeria rulers failed to do this after almost 53 years of independence (1960-2013), something is definitely wrong with the approach so far.
