The FBI on Friday informed Congress it has reopened its review of White House frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server when she was secretary of state and to know whether there is classified information in new emails that have emerged in its prob. The FBI had said in July its investigation was finished but reopened the investigation after discovering new mails “that appear to be pertinent.” The disclosure raises the possibility of the FBI reopening the criminal investigation involving the Democratic presidential nominee just days before the election, although it is not clear if that will happen.

The GOP Candidate, Donald Trump once again throw his campaign off-kilter as he vowed Saturday to sue every woman who has accused him of sexual assault or other inappropriate behavior. He called them "liars" whose allegations he blamed Democrats for orchestrating.  Trump made this known during his presidential campaign in Gettysburg. The Former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro may be use by the Federal Government as witness against the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, and a former deputy governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, in the ongoing probe of $2.1billion arms deal involving a former National Security Adviser (NSA) to former President Goodluck Jonathan. The Abia State Police Command on Thursday paraded three men for alleged sexually abused a 12-year-old girl. While parading the suspects, The Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr. Leye Oyebade, said that the command would not relent in its resolve to rid the state of criminals. Oyebade xplained that the three men were arrested in Amuvi village in Arochukwu Local Government Area on October 8 for defiling a 12-year-old girl. He added that the suspects took turns to sexually abuse the victim, saying that the suspects were arrested following an alarm by her guardian. One of the suspects, Uche Nwaokoro, who had admitted that he committed the crime and that it was the devil that made him do it. Said that he used to lure the victim to his house with gifts and that he regretted his actions. The Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun and his Lagos State counterpart, Governor Akinwumi Ambode has reshuffled the state executive council.  The exercise involved four Commissioners and four Special Advisers to the Governor in Ogun State, and also affected three Commissioners in Lagos State. In Ogun State,  a statement issued on Wednesday, in Abeokuta, by the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Taiwo Adeoluwa, the affected Commissioners include; Mrs. Ronke Sokefun, who was the Commissioner for Agriculture before now, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Urban and Physical Planning, while Bashorun Adebola Adeife, former Commissioner for Urban and Physical Planning has been moved to the Ministry of Inter-Governmental Affairs.

A 25 years old musician, Victor Eyo, on Wednesday slammed a N500,000 bail by a magistrate court in Ikeja, Lagos State for alleged defiling a 16 years old girl. The Magistrate, Mr T.A Elias, in his ruling ordered the accused to produce two sureties in like sum, and adjourned the case till Nov.24 for mention. The Prosecutor, Sgt. Rapheal Donny, told the court that the accused committed the offences on Oct. 9 at his residence. He added that the accused unlawfully abducted and had carnal knowledge of a 16-year-old girl without her consent.  “The accused unlawfully detained the victim with intent to have sexual intercourse with her,” he said. He said that the accused abducted the victim for a week and was having carnal knowledge of her.
